yeah I don't really understand the people that never found anything they liked in it.
It actually has a 8/10 from me (original Naruto has 6/10 from me) opposite of average ratings from people. I do find lots of stuff really annoying, like last major arc with Jonin being wiped out without a fight and Genin being even. Here lots of annoyances to with equivalents being Karin being "Sakura"d and the genin struggling versus non-ninja with nothing special curse mark.

Ngl I put this episode on 2x speed but they sound like they still talk on average speed

They have curse marks, but they aren't ninja. All they are getting is strength/speed. The marks don't really seem any better than Orochimaru's so the fact these guys are struggling is a little sad.
